When people say «你有事嗎? » to you, make sure you don’t get it wrong, because it has two meanings. I hope that if your friend says it to you, it’s the first meaning!
<1> Literally, «你有事嗎? » means “Do you have things (to do)?” It often means “Are you available?”
For example:
1. A: 你有事嗎？我可以問你一個問題嗎？
[A: Nǐ yǒushì ma? Wǒ kěyǐ wèn nǐ yīgè wèntí ma?]

**warning: This expression may make people uncomfortable, it is often used between close friends or used to complain to someone else.

Instead of ending with a question mark <你有事嗎？>, it can turn into <subject+很有事。> . It gives a feeling of repulsion.

Quand quelque’un vous dit «你有事嗎? » il faut être sûre de ne pas se trompe, parce qu'en mandarin, «你有事嗎? » pourrait avoir deux sens différents. Si votre ami vous dit cette phrase, j'espère que c'est le premier sens!
<1> Littéralement, «你有事嗎? » veut dire « tu as quelque chose ( à faire) ? » donc on peut dire « Es-tu disponible ? »

**Attention: Cette expression peut faire mal à l'aise, on l’utilise plutôt entre les amis proches ou pour se plaindre de quelqu'un.

Au lieu de finir avec le point d'interrogation <你有事嗎？>, on peut aussi utiliser <sujet+很有事。>. Cela donne un effet de dégoût.
